Hi. I’m Zoe and I have borderline personality disorder. I write about my experience surviving chronic, long-term mental illness.

Most of the advice people with mentally illness and their loved ones can find online is aimed at those who have been diagnosed recently. But what about those of us who have suffered for years and continue to struggle? We need more experienced advice. That’s why I started this blog: to help those who have moved beyond the basics of treating their disease.

So please come in, have some tea, make yourself comfortable. You’re welcome here.

Special thanks to my friends and family for being my editors and my inspiration.
