Hi. I’m Zoe and I’ve had borderline personality disorder since I was 12. I write tips and guides for surviving chronic, long-term mental illness.

This blog came into being when I realized that most of the advice mentally ill people and their loved ones can find online is aimed at helping those who have only recently been diagnosed. Someone with little experience being sick can find endless articles about how to begin coping; but what about those of us who have suffered for years and continue to struggle? We need more experienced advice, which takes a more experienced person to write.

I’d like to be that person for you.

So please come in, sit down, have some tea, make yourself comfortable. You’re welcome here.

Special thanks to my friends and family for being my editors and my inspiration.
